About Me

I believe leadership starts with service. My mission is to help current and future leaders develop the confidence, empathy, and practical skills needed to lead people well in real-world environments. Through the RBLP curriculum, I work with individuals who want more than a credential. They want to become the kind of leader people trust, respect, and are willing to follow.

My approach to leadership development is grounded in servant leadership, accountability, and genuine care for people. I draw on years of leadership experience in military and federal service to help students connect leadership principles to everyday challenges like building trust, communicating clearly, developing teams, solving problems under pressure, and leading with character. I do not believe leadership is about rank, title, or position. I believe it is about serving others, setting the example, and creating conditions where people can succeed.

As an RBLP Authorized Training Partner, my goal is simple: to help every student leave better than they arrived. That means stronger in confidence, sharper in self-awareness, and better prepared to lead with purpose.
